Hi Kampung2005, you are referring to IOI mall area. The area I am referring to is at Taman Puchong Utama. The land is next to Aeon Big (*Carrefour changed to Aeon Big).

Long time din visit Puchong thread haha. On that piece of land, If based on the old Puchong Utama plan by Hillcrest, I did saw the building of club house, Condo unit & even a private Hospital on that pc of land.

However from the latest offering by Hillcrest, most probably another of they 90's designed terrace houses..
