Stressed out everyday into every single bit of my lifestyle.
Should reading motivational books cure it.

Life is really about changing, just like Bruce Lee saying: "Shapeless like water".
People doing business or sales understand this very well.

Somehow we are educated to plan and think before we speaks or taking any action, but things just happen out of the plan.

Car broke down while on the way to office, accident happen on people you cares about, breaking up with your bf/gf, loss your job, and a lot more in life.

Stress can be physical and emotional, and no doubt it affect us very much on our health.

How you guys identify your stressors and how you manage to stay healthy and happy?user posted image

Stress in not good for your skin. Stress is one of the cause of having dark circle under eye which I know you don't want to have. Exercise just relax do something that you will enjoy.

Recently I think everyone aware of the news about Linkin Park Singer Chester Bennington has commuted suicide, leaving us behind all the masterpiece composing and sorrow.
Stress can be destructive, it is quite sad to have people leaving us because of severed depression caused by stress.

It can happen on anyone around us.

Stay positive, cheers.

I would say; stress and depression are different but linked / related.

Anyways, I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy few months back and although not conclusively, many suggests that it is due to stress. The sickness was due to a virus (can google to know more) but the dormant virus was triggered by stress.

Not sure if this was shared in prior posts but stress can be either mental or physical. For me, I assumed it is due to both; it was quite hectic at work and wasn't leading a healthy lifestyle.

Now, I am taking it slow and enjoying the "moment" more - at work, with the family, battling traffic, attending meetings etc. I no longer see the need to rush and do everything to quickly/perfectly.

My take on combating stress:

1. Take it easy - what is the rush, really?
2. Surround yourself with positive people - yes, a bit corny but it helps with your mood
3. When faced with a problem, relax - everything shall pass
4. Drink plenty of fluids - more than 2L
5. Get enough rest and sleep - I use to think "sleep is for the weak"; nope - as we get older, no longer the case
6. Exercise - run, jog, lift, anything that floats your boat

Don't overthinking, do whatever things that you feel might work to release your stress.
But don't do something that might temporarily flee you away from stress but will cause you more stress after ie; eat a lot, oversleep etc.
It's not easy but that's life though. You gotta fight for it or it will ruin your life even hard. Gotta manage it while it still at acceptable level.

Yah, stress can be very bad for health. It can cause weight gain and reduce immune system.

Lately stress almost gives me SVT, heart rate sudden increased to 170+ its crazy! Hated that try to avoid it as much as I can.
Exercise, good sleep & eat well. Not only reaping the physical benefit but it makes the mind clear.

And listen to lots of music! I have a couple of anthems for some of my stressful situations which reflects on my life journey.

Lastly, just do whatever within your capability. Dont be too perfectionist, its just a job....it can never finish. As long as end of month get paid. OK laa

Money solved Almost ALL 90% of my stress.
10% stress cause I still need wake up ~10am and work for income sometimes.

I am happy perpetually all the time cause I got alot of money.
I don't even have 1 million yet.
Once I get 2million in net worth I will be 101% happy forever provided I am healthy.

The more money I get the more happy I become.
Seriously all this therapy stuff feels like a sham.
Just get SHIT LOTSS of MONEY and be healthy all stress settle.
