NO , I meant is, when we jaiblreaking, everything will be gone rite?
So how do I transfer it back without using itunes?

Select Restore from previous backup and it will transfer everything back to your jailbroken iPad

already restored my 4S to clean 5.1.1 ,

Waiting anxiously for 830pm mark , Then i can see if theres any improvement or degradation in battery life

No difference right between full restore and the update option? I updated my 4S to 5.1.1 - didn't use the restore option.

restore from back up will do. your jailbreak won't run
but i'm planning to do a clean restore + jailbreak.

from iTunes, right click your device. got 1 "back up" if i'm not mistaken.
