Yes, you will notice the air con compressor sound during in EV mode. But I don't think you will notice if you are in the car.

I guess PC won't fit you. Probably Toyota 86 or GTI will satisfy your power hunger.

PC is main to be fuel economy car so you won't really feel the power & the G-Force when acceleration.

Most of us change our driving style just to save fuel & get more mileage per litter.

Same as our laptop, if you think about the battery, upgrade problem, high repair cost & etc. The please use the cheaper desktop, laptop is not for you.

Your SEG FC not too bad. Even my friend Civil FC is around RM0.18/km which mean about 280km for RM50 petrol.

Just fly with you beloved SEG for another few years. Maybe till it all rusted & the car can't be repair only change another powerful car as your SEG.

Don't go to those big showroom. They have lot of booking & long waiting list before your turn.

Just done my car carpet, cost only RM80.

I also ask the OEM DVD set with GPS & Reverse Camera cost about RM2k, compatible with the Steering control (dunno how true). Much much cheaper then Toyota Set

The shop is in Cheras near my house. Yes they take our original carpet & cut it. You can request how you wanna cut it. Normally they will cut larger then the original.

Seem PC not as good as Jazz Hybrid, probably due to bad supply chain in Toyota. So many people still waiting for their PC compare to Jazz Hybrid.

Wonder the 3000unit is combination of other models or solely PC.

Anyone experience loud engine sound especially when you try to climb hill & rev the engine.

I still haven't done the 1st service, will it really help after it?

I feel the cruise control will be bad for FC. Cause it need to rev the engine in order to maintain the speed you set.

Cause the highway along KL to Melaka have lot of hills. I feel it will be better we juggle the pedal ourselves by the ECO or 5min consumption screen.

Anyway you really have good FC compare my average is 22-24km/l.

I just know from my SA. Toyota priority to customer, they will kena warning letter if customer complain badly. Good for us as customer & getting a nice car.

So tips, if you don't like their service, please complain thru their manager or customer service. They will kena badly.

I guess the autolock stuff is impossible to activate by SC, since they make it clearly. All due to safety regulation that in case emergency or accident, the door is lock & unable to escape. Even Ford Fiesta make the door can just open from inside even they had locked it. All these are just safety measurement.

I rev my PC till 150km/h after 1 week received it. Some said you must break in your engine by keep reeving your car till 4-6rpm. I did tat for my Saga BLM.

Don't worry too much, heard SA said PC engine is same as previous Prius 1.5 model, mean it is a continental engine. Build for lasting & durable.

Now I'm at SC, 1st 1000km service.

I believe only Beck Ken did it.

Our PC always maintain between 20-80% of battery charge. This is to protect the battery & allow it have longer life span, that is why it can last 8-10 years & few hundred thousand of KMs.

How much is sierraglow coating?

Anyway I believe is doesn't prevent scratches & stone scratches. If cost few hundred, then I rather save the money for future paint touch up. Driving in city & highway sure will have some wear & tear.

So sad my PC already have a deep scratches due to hit by stone in highway.

Thanks for it, but feel quite expensive.

I ex-car 2 doors repaint & touch up only cost RM500 with 5 years warranty & free polish.

+1, sometime people rather pay for the premier price for piece of mind & worry.

Once our car out from the showroom, it will expose to dents, scratches & etc. Sure no more 100% for the exterior.

BTW the purpose of paint is to protect the car from rusting, rain & sun expose.

After few years sure will have dent, scratches & not so shining anymore. Rather just have regular maintain & save the money for repaint in future. (Of cause find those with good quality paint work shop)

They just passion about sporty acceleration, speed & power. FC & technology is second. The reason they bought CRZ because they really passion about sport car & driving. But Prius C is main to in superb FC, technology & safety. Which is abit boring compare to CRZ & Jazz.

EV is very useful when u drive in car park or housing area. No engine sound & no carbon emission. Of coz ensure you don't over accelerate & your battery is full.

You can observe the different by using the ECO screen which good in showing how much you press on the pedal.
