i think me or any protonian if any, never mentioned bad things about other products. What i mentioned about dsg thing in vw also, not a bad thing, but just pointed out the same thing happened to prtn, suddenly it become bad thing. Thats all.
The comparison just for mere benchmark, not even mentioned any car for specific. If u go for any product training, they also mentioned the same thing, but sometimes, clearly mentioned specific makes.

Do u know that, in order to sell cars in euro, u have to follow n pass so many rules of design n regulations. For electronics only,there are more than 40 rules n regulations that need to comply. For example, for custom ice system as in gen2, it must comply to european EMC requirements. Then,the head unit is designed and tested to meet manufacturers(like clarion, balupunkt n etc) design rules. The easiest is take on shelf design that already comply such in premium line.
Front bumper system must built to meet uk's thatcham insurance requirementd using foamless bumper beam system made from high modulus poly propylene.
While rear bumper system must passed GCC rear impact test-48kmh without fuel leakage.
The beam pattern of headlights also must comply with the rules by using poly ellipsoid system(pes).
Although total fuel tank capacity is 50L, functional tank capacity is about 47L. As additional safety feature, it is a bottom-fill design with one way shut off valve to prevent fuel spills in case of vehicle rollovers n cut fuels systems that will cut the fuel in case of collisions.
The common 3 point collapsible mechanism in the steering column to protects driver by absorbing impact energy in 3 ways during collision.(also under regulation requirement).
Handbrake lever also needs to comply with EEC requirements.
Luggage instrusion stregth, seat anchorage strength, seatbelt anchorage strength also must comply with regulation requirements.
Since satria neo onwards, prtn used double impact trapezoidal bars(gen2,waja, dual tabular impact beams) and side impct catcher helps to protect n prevent doors from being forced into cabin.
Actually, starting from neo, prtn already adopt piller filler material technology at strategic area only, not all of course, coz if putting filler all around chasis, it makes it rigid a bit, but hard to cut to save the occupants during accidents. So, dont say i dont warn u guys on that. Thats why only put in strategic area only. Only the dampening material is less,depend on makes, but preve has quite a lot of dampening. For others, can try out vibramat dampening which available in prtn branch sc.
For seat, even so many comments on that. Is not easy to design seat. it uses multi hardness foam moulding technology for secure support during highspeed and comfort and stamping cushion pan to eliminate submarine effect. Everything is tested, not just plug n play.
A bit about ride n handling. Its actually many things covered under rnh, so, to simplify things which i oso dont understand, just take from internal data, rnh is about steering efforts, steering response, steering linearity, handling straight line, handling cornering, handling stability, body control, wheel control and ride comfort.
This including aero design which not only help in reducing fc, but also handling ability. People always talk about coefficient drag(cd), but rarely people touch on front coefficient lift(cl). The combination of good cd(preve 0.30) and cl (0.01) gives good high speed tracking and high speed vehicle control.
The rear diffuser used to help reduce cl, unless just cosmetic rear diffuser such in some cars. Negative things on really2 less cl, it will reduce top speed a bit, like case in neo cps, but it offers better stability.
And about galvanized@anti corrosion treatment, it is called Advanced Electro-Deposition Total Immersion Anti-Corrosion Treatment

i tested drive the golf 1.4 tsi b4 tis..ya,the lag feel exactly same as preve..the time tat i test drive the golf,i oso wonder why the throttle will so lag than my persona lo..nw i'm understand after a lot of explanation..i think i oso will change my persona elegance to preve cfe if my buyer of my persona can confirm buy my car..so until nw still is 50/50 lo..hehe..the reason tat i will change is the rear seat is much comfortable than persona,so my parents who sat behind will more comfort..and i'm own the wira se b4 i change to persona..everything is ok,juz got a bit rattling sound..so for me,i still can accept the proton again..and the handling of tis preve is superb after i test to switch lane around 140kmh..the car still stable..and since tis car got esc and 4 airbag,at least for me is more safety than persona lo..i knw maybe someone will mentioned tis is not important,but when the accident happen,then u will knw the function..v cannot perdict when the accident will happen..even v drive safe,but oso will accident due to other people mistake..and i like the car design especially exterior
