took delivery of the car yesterday.. was so buzy training the family on whats what n how to drive etc features bla2.. glad to see my father really satisfied with the car cz he never actually drove or saw the car..he totally trusted in me for choosing the car.. unlike during the test drive i drove it like a saint and i really like the car..its effortless and ones u have overcome the lag its very rewarding..just stick it in D and enjoy the car for what it is.. u never feel compelled drive like a ruckus because its just so relaxing and effortless.. So S mode not really in use..for the moment that is  .. the wind noise i pointed out the other day was actually like mat79 said the cvt whining  ..

sorry, drop by to clarify, 120k km sop for timing belt only applicable for iafm+ n cfe unit only. For campro, campro cps, campro iafm, n others, still 80k km sop. Savvy, renault based 60k km sop. Salam.

but its still up to u, if want to change early, then better, but do take not on any change in sop from time to time when servicing ur cars. Tq.

it was not a problem..it was just the ABS kicking in.. not used to it  ... the brakes just need warming up...so far so good.. impressed act.. has a conti feel.. i will post pictures next week maybe cz kinda bz this week.. i just cant imagine someone buying a vios over this  ..

ok guys..following ur advice on driving the car before actually signing the agreement my SA called me to drive the car before he registered it with JPJ.

some points to take. The steering wheel was not aligned, a bit to the left i would say, nevertheless could rectify it no biggie. The one consern for me was the brakes. The brakes in the test unit was solid but in 'my' car it was a bit wobbly but makan. So when u are braking the tyres u can feel its shaking a bit (catch my drift?). So i did an emergency braking test. was doing around 90 when i braked really hard till the ESP beeped. The car braked well but it was followed by a loud bang coming from the front left engine bay.

So my SA told me he would send the car back for diagnosis on whats what and rectify the prob. So next moring i would be driving the car again just to see if its ok. If still lemon i said to him i will request for another car    and he seemed ok with it as he said it has happened before but not until the point the customer was asking for another car. Was supposed to take the car this evening but i said never mind..take ur time rectify everything.. friday still can deliver (i will nt be around till Friday afternoon).

another thing was wind noise coming for the A pillars if driving above 120 was quit loud.. but that was only at certain times.. even exora bold better and my SA acknowledge it by also saying persona better. He then suggested to us to make a complaint after receiving the car and if its common prpton will make a recall to change the rubber seal at the doors.

owh btw i manged to test the car for 40 minutes. So if u saw a silver preve at seremban and senawang just now it was me  .. other than that the car ticks the boxes to become a great car at 73k.

no point TT without car.. u jst get a bunch of guys grumbling abt SA slowpoke and talking about speculative things... so not fun...

10K rebate , may be "mimpi". For my case, i will ask for free 1st 1K service. Car breakdown maintenance kit, like batter connector and etc...

Actually saw one test car with front, back windscreen also tint, hopefully our car also come with full tint, meaning front back n 4 windows all tint.
