I never use TX-3 before but it will perform worst than CM 212 Plus/Evo, as seen most in review. CM 212 is the best budget cooler out there. I doubt TX-3 will able to handle 4.5Ghz unless you got lucky having a really good chip which need low vcore to stable @ 4.5Ghz. But for 4.0Ghz, Tx-3 should handle it without problem. Only if u intend to oc then it might struggle in keeping the temperature low.

I am not extreme overclocker , how about hyper TX3 evo ? the one only have clips like normal intel fan.Shouldn't be moving right ?
What it worry , after like few years using,  the whole big 212 12cm fan drop or fall down .
Able to move or twist = not tight enough but if tight enough = retention plate has direct contact with the mobo 

Do you think TX3 evo able to OC to 4.5Ghz ?  Just going to convert video for afew hours maybe 5 hours  , after that just use it as normal stock or 4.0Ghz for gaming.

obviously yes, your chip needs more juice.

vCore and frequency increments will increase the temps but not the performance directly.
You got 104 GFlops because 1.16v is the actual & more efficient vCore you should set.
In other words, the 99.5 @ 1.09v looks fake, throttled performance and not as efficient as 104 @ 1.16v.

The vcore is normal
Vcore set=Set in BIOS
Vdrop=Vcore idle(CPUZ or multimeter to check)
Vdroop=Vcore load(CPUZ or multimeter to check during load)
It's normal as this is what Intel specified

That is a feature that is up to motherboard manufacturer to implement

Those samsung ram is really great. Now im @ 2200Mhz 10-11-10-28 stable. Your unit arrived already?

After conversion, RM140 + RM25 shipping to Malaysia. Stock speed 1600 CL11. But can easily hit 2200Mhz.

RASA EX240 is even better than H100, for the same price range.
Upgradeability is another winning point.
