i think the problem of this place is no attraction

no food store, no shopping, no office, no MRT.

definitely need time to growth.

Most bought in cbj were following the herd movement; research were mostly on developers advertisement, favourable/paid write up, s.a/property guru and fellow investors/speculators.

i dont recommend to bet on future catalyst, unless the entry price is in margin of safety.
i rather consider after all those attraction is in place, i am ok to give 30-50% premium for a well establish place.

you buy now at full price. stay for 2 years go on lelong and sell for half of the price.....
