those development are counting on Tamarind now.
when tamarind opened, it might bring those resident condo back to live or at least stop the lelong.

so far the tamarind design is very grand and geenary, drop by and you will feel "Wow".

no food store, no shopping, no office, no MRT.

i dont recommend to bet on future catalyst, unless the entry price is in margin of safety.
i rather consider after all those attraction is in place, i am ok to give 30-50% premium for a well establish place.
