i took a picture of the layout a while ago.
I guess average 30 would be somewhere close.
The block furthest from the cemetery has 9 units per floor, middle block has about 12 units...the other block...i am not sure as i didnt take the complete layout

oh gosh...how come the SA told me only got 18unit of shoplots and its fully sold....doubted how its fully sold with RM2.6mil per unit...

Tikaram kor, i dont recall i did mentioned this is 8 acres land, but the window on the park nearby is 8 acres.

Due to its high density and really not near MRT (As I buy for own stay) So, I dind't buy this la.

But, It is good investment to all buyer.
