Mean time for all the government servant, will be seize all operation from mid july until early Nov for Fasting month, Raya 1 bulan, Budget 13 and GE13. I dont think any Building Plan Aprroval will be granted before Vov 2012. my 2 cents

Before i book fr Kem Avenue,i hv call up the deveploment,the staff said go to cheras hong soon sales office register,not need to paid deposit 1st..but when i go there,they said tis project registration is full alrd....><
so i think all unit facing the terrace house only open for people register with deveploment...
