hey,do u all know when the development get the AP?SA said 6 month,so mean before end of the year?when will we start to apply loan better?

must wait for the developer to get hold banker end financing first and grab the quota. If quota habis, get ready for 80% or 70% loan finance. Nothing can do much now. wait and see

BTW, with this budget, u can check out the new condo in Bandar Mahkot Cheras, Iresidence by Myproperty Builder Sdn Bhd. Very nice concept and starting rm320psft only after disc.

my goodness, i just signed my 2nd home loan. must plan now for the 3rd home loan on the 70% LTV thing

my is 10% soft launched, 3 year for 20%, mrt 10% + the new development around 15%
