seems like not many units left though. But managed to place my booking yesterday at L11 (1124).

Just curious, since we just signed the paper with some terms and condition and paid them 5K. But once their AP approved, will they changed their offers like e.g. no more 10% discount and no free 2 car parks? Just curious. Since these two things never mentioned in the paper we signed right?

i believe there is 1 block available...

no worry, i always believe the developer had en-bloc the whole unit facing the terrace for their next official launch once AP obtained. Then we will gain 10% on paper once they soft launch it.

Yea ... of course will check. But what if later official launch and they said ... hey no more 10% discount. Free 1 car park only no longer 2. But we already paid the 5K booking fees. Keke ... so apa macam ya? Forgot to ask him this pulak yesterday.

i ask the SA fotostat watever doc i signed to them. One form is registration of interest to purchase with the rm 5k. and the other is offer to purchase property with the purchase price after 10% disc.

owhh..if you ask me, I will cancel the purchase with unsuccesfull 90% loan application letter from bank..

watever u had signed anything, must request a hardcopy as reference. They cannot say no for that. Go back and request from SA

Hello . Booked L2-21 . Im sure the blk that facing terrace or pool not open yet. Because we all didn't mention anything abt that block. No one has booked .Sommore definately there are unit left which near the cementery in that block. Happy to book at 295 psf

yalor, i keep ask the SA to proof me those receipt and cheque for the units booked facing the terrace. they fail to show me. The developer want max profit later soft launch. Anyway its a good buy for us with low entry. rm 302 psft for my unit

yaa... mine is around RM298 psf..
