Still go back to my grumbling, I really wonder why developers can't create a decent map which reflects the ACTUAL location of their projects. Save all the potential buyers lots of agony.

Who is the developer and it is reliable? Just worry later become abandoned project then can dabao liao.

1KM walking Jusco take about 15-20mins at least
2KM then walking hard to reach.

Based on my calculation:

1km to Jusco
1.5km to C180 (Maybank)
2.5km - 3km to MRT

Don't think is walking distance then.

haha.. latest tactic is 2, 3km away from MRT/LRT, they will advertise "Its near Public transport"..
but our perception of "near" is like walking to our backyard
IMHO, within 1km still acceptable..

Beside highway + side by side with 义山 + oxidation pond nearby, really need to consider n consider alto. the price per sq ft seem good
