u got a bad batch i think. u need to let the seller know about this, i'm not sure u will get any replacement but at least he will b aware of the situation and let his supplier know about this as well.

i would say there is no point for u to take after lunch. part of the function of fat burner is to force u to eat less and at the same time increase ur metabolism rate/ heart beat. the best time to take would b on empty stomach in which your body fat will b used as energy source.

u do know most of the calories of the weight gainers come from sugar, fat (saturated or not), carbs and very little from protein rite? why not make ur prebed meal as oat+protein shake or peanut butter/tuna sandwich? unless ur metabolism rate is off the roof, u will soon gain fat and more fat. unless this is your definition of bulking.

fair enough if u know ur stuff.
do note sometimes the quality of ingredients used in mass gainers are not top notch. after all, calories are their main selling point. they can use the shittiest ingredients for carbs, proteins and others. thus, the price is way cheaper.

it's really hard to judge which protein brand is better than the rest. protein is protein after all. I don't buy into isolates and stuff. regular protein works just as fine. I nvr bother about effectiveness when it comes to protein. as long as I find it nice to drink and has 24-25g protein per serving, it works.
