i wont say it's excessive but it's not abnormal to have up to 4 scoops of protein.
for example, 2 in the morning and 2 for post wo sound ok to me.

in normal scenario, without taking multi-vits, when ur urine is yellowish it's a sign ur body/kidney is processing your discharge in more a more concentrated environment which could b quite taxing on the kidneys. same scenario with protein intake. therefore plenty of water helps to ease the process but it wont help in reducing your yellowish urine when u take multi-vits which i think comes from vit-b which may not be digested.

i totally enjoy xtend. the recovery period in the gym and for DOMS few days later is amazing.
you probably dont notice the difference because the effect is not as obvious and instantaneous as pre WO and NO. but the recovery period is just incredible.

protein shakes generally give bloating. I'm not sure y but I guess it's due to sudden large amount of water taken.

Protein is protein.
NT is expensive because of the addition of creatine as well.
If u want creatine, buy it separately. they add for u and probably charge additional cost much more than separate creatine would cost u.
Gaspari has added probiotic into their new myofusion.
Good? Yea.
Necessary? No.
More is not always better.
