try ask for replacement or refund. i know it can still be consumed but i think it's unacceptable for new tub to have clumps already. it just means it was not properly sealed and air managed to get in.

I don't think u can ever compare the newbies taking mass gainer and mr universe taking mass gainer. one knows all about nutrition while the other knows little.

sudden increase of water intake helps your bowel movement. also see if magnesium is present in the ingredient list.

magnesium is the solution for constipation, thus it makes you wanna shit after drinking your pre wo.
as long as you have magnesium in your ingredient you will have to go to the toilet. doesnt matter what brand it is...

nvr tried assault before. I think it has caffeine also. all top sellers pre wo are stim loaded. currently using hemavol but you need to buy from bbcom. white blood by CL is not bad also.

everyone responds to caffeine differently. one scoop mayb enough for me but if u r a stim freak, u might need 3-5 scoops. trial and error basically, and find your own sweet spot.
