I am a beginner..quite small in size (163cm, 54KG), 23 years old!
Currently on these products:
1. Muscle Juice - 1 serving 2 times a day
2. ON amino - 6 tablets a day

Any suggestions like on what I should add on.

Yup...because I really need to gain some weight and strength. I'm a vegetarian btw.

Got 2 bottles from my friend last time.

Because my friend just bought a Dymatize Whey and he complaint that it doesn't come with scoop. He has no idea how much should he needs per serving.
I am newbie in bodybuilding also and plan to buy whey protein to have a try but worrying will have same problem too 

How about the fact that it is whole-food natural vitamin instead of the regular synthetic ones? Forgot to mention this just now.

Guys, I wanna ask. I bought Controlled Lab Orang Triad from iherb.com where I choose the DHL global priority mail. It's been a month the item still haven't reach my house. When i ask iherb, they said very sorry ur mail is non track-able which depends on Malaysia custom whether they hold your stuff or send it out. Any solution please?

the taste for probiotic is quite thick and not very tasty..better use  nitrotech vanilla flavour..taste alot better..

is it advisable to buy a blender bottle?

hmmm...lets say my body weight is 70kg...
so that mean i only need 30-50g more or less of protein?
me and my family eat quite alot of eggs everyday(mostly i ate them)
roughly 3-5 eggs per day...with yolk...do i need protein powder?

Gaspari Myofusion Elite series (strawberries & cream)

Can't lie, this product tastes really really good, even better with cold water. I was a little skeptical after Gaspari's probiotic series didn't live up to their regular taste standards but this is definitely a winner. Mixes completely with a couple shakes (as it should). Nutrient profile is good with 25g protein per serving. Price is decent as well at approx RM150-165 depending on where you buy it.

i seen alot of people taking 2 product together for PWO...too bad i ain't got so many budget to spend
but hell i'm gonna try that

ok just bought SAN metaforce from MMC this afternoon, choco flavour.

Texture - looks like dried clay because it is soy based, quite a bad first impression cos it smelt more like a bag of beans instead with a very faint choco smell.

Mixability - surprisingly good. with a transparent bottle it does look like your typical herbalife obsessed neighour mom type of drink, cos there is no foam or anything like that.

Flavour - taste more like peanut to me, bloody sweet with a slight sandy taste. something like peanut paste actually hahaha.

Cost - VERY VERY VERY f***ING cheap.

RM120 for 67 servings with 26g protein, around RM1.79 per scoop? unless you believe in soy giving you woman tities then you might want to avoid this shat.
and if you look carefully it does contain some multi-vit ingredients like riboflavin, biotin etc.

I would recommend this as it is very cheap and if you're sick of the taste of ordinaryl whey.

accidently found out that if I dont mix enough water to turn it to a shake, I can create a oat blend kind of texture that actually taste pretty good.

Uses two sponges cut-off into large rectangles as a makeshift fat grips. Especially for pull-ups and chin-ups.

He has massive forearms.

You could try it, and save yourself 100 bucks. 

The sight of my last scoop of protein going into my shaker was the last straw for me.
I made a judgement call and ordered SAN Metaforce Chocolate due to a budget constraint . Oh God, what have I done. D:
