facts aside, i usually mix my creatine with my pre wo bcoz i tend to forget taking creatine after wo.

On a side note, has anyone tried Neurocore? A friend of mine wants to pick it up from Ejinutrition, only 86RM. Reviews on the internet seem pretty good, despite MuscleTech's reputation.

the idea everyone is trying to tell you is do not rely too much on supps. This is common mistake by newbies hoping for something magical to gain muscles. if you could get anything from half to 3/4 of your required protein intake from solid food i would say u r on the right track.

rule of thumb is 1 - 1.5x of body weight in pounds (lbs). if you could achieve 1x of bodyweight it should be good enough already.

yes, carbs please.

i have tried many actually. nowadays i go for solid brands like musclepharm, bsn, ON out of fear that other brands might put cheap fillers to lower the price.

most of combat powder flav are top notch.

anyway, i think neogenix has similar products, cant really remember the name of it. (that is assuming CM is a type of pre wo booster sweat.gif )

I don't see why you can't take both everyday.

Besides that, I am having BSN True Mass with 700 calories per serving. I wonder + a bit afraid as i wish to switch to ON Serious Mass or BSN True Mass 1200. More calories and faster get result...

Oh ya, is the Serious Mass from ON taste awful? Read quite some from the google...
Again, please depend on solid meals for calories.

provided you train consistently, ie 3-7 days a week, those non work out days are recovery days, therefore your body needs the same amount of nutrient for recovery.

i dont count my calories like most do. i just eat accordingly. and it's simple science, eat more grow more.

anabolic window or whatever window is all myth. don't need to stay in the gym to drink your shake. go home or go out and eat proper meal is better smile.gif

May I know why you started with mass gainer anyway? I remember when I was skinny I bought those weight gainer powder from pharmacy hoping it would bring miracle lol

one of the reasons why skinny ppl r skinny is because they just don't eat enough no matter how much they claim they eat. I'm speaking from my own experience myself. forcing yourself to eat a lot is a way of telling your body to change your appetite. when you are slightly advanced later, u will be laughing at yourself now like "why din I just eat MORE? it feels so easy now!"

tbh, our malaysian food is full with carbs, therefore what you lack is actually protein. just eat tonnes of food and drink protein shake.

and i still have plentiful of black hair despite years of taking shakes shocking.gif

u don't have to eat only chicken rite? if i'm as busy as u, eggs are my best fren. just cook 5-10 eggs per meal and you can cover a big chunk of your daily protein requirement smile.gif

so many things u can do with eggs. egg mayo sandwich, egg salad, egg fried rice, plain steamed egg, scrambled egg with cheese etc
