Actually,i also find that Gallardo looks quite nice.Wanted to get one but i have one adi.

About that M5,it looks like crap.The head lamps doesnt even look like a BMW head light.It looks more like an Accord's headlamp on a M5.

Wth is Maisto doing?I think thats their worst model ever.

nope their quality getting worst(more expensive some more)...since 4years ago i stop buying maisto...
and darn .....bbrago is back on malaysia shore but the quality lagi crap compared to maisto....coz now made in china not italy anymore!!!!

10 years ago only RM49.90 for 1/18 with 20% discount...
1/24 only RM29.90 for both maisto and bburago...

Maisto's quality is dropping like mad.You guys havent seen their new Land Rover model.It looks equally as bad as the M5.

yup i agree with that........but not all maisto product is worst.... some still ok like the porsche model, mercedes-benz model, lamborghini model........etc....but nowadays the quality of the maisto product has drop but it's still ok for a budget model collector ...i bought one bburago lamborghini countach in jusco mid valley few weeks ago........the quality is worst than maisto.....some more it's not detail as maisto althought maisto does not produce countach, only 1 day after i bouugh, the boot crack after open and close and the spoiler come off, f*ck ......waste me 129.90 for a rubbish....i rather go buy maisto than a rubbish bburago........ about the maisto BMW M5, it's totally rubbish, the shape is huge different........the headlamp and the rear view of the car.......OMG.....

I hope its not the autoart model that u've seen

I remember it costing around RM69.90 for the 1/18 models 8 years back. Now it cost about RM79.90 on average for a normal version 1/18 model. I think that's the reason y the quality deteriorate. Even soyabean which cost 40cent 8 years ago increase to RM1.

I hope u get ur refund for that bburago model, else its like RM130 down the drain.


Based on what I can see right now, there's only 2 companies that produce quality model at a decent price which is autoart and hot works (never seen one in person b4 but base on the pic taken by jason, it looks pretty darn good).
Minichamp is way too expensive and if anything, the attention to detail is the same if not less superior compare to autoart.
kyosho on the other hand tend to have a problem getting the right colour. Wouldn't recommend one because the price is exactly the same as autoart even though its actual retail price is cheaper. Thx to our local retailer.

I think thats the Maisto's one.If im not wrong,AA's one has antenna one.

Jadatoy's quality is pretty decent for a sub RM200 car,IMO.

haha will u want this range rover sport from maisto? the front suspension looks weird to me...

as i know, ERTL oso release their version of range rover sport and it looks much much better than maisto version, their rims are bigger, suspensions are more normal than this one...
