my belly not reduced after many time sit up.. how to solve? jogging like hell to sweat but still no different. just my leg muscle in good shape (under knee).. guys! help me..

guys, need basic things to do when u in gym (suitable for all).
what tools and how many reps and set. previously, I do 20 reps for 3 sets. weight don't remember. speed a little fast. |
