Just registered to VVK Fitness Center at Pulai, Johor for 3 months.
Basic 20 minutes on threadmill
Crunch machine 3 Set (20-15-15)
Lower Back machine 3 Set (20-20-20)
Day 1 : Biceps and Chest 3 Set (20-15-15)
Day 2 : Triceps and Back 3 Set (20-15-15)
-rotate the session for each day-

Hope you guys can give advice or comment. for first month I just want to use machine only (advised by senior).

sure have, just did few rep only but someone said not important if u jog on treadmill and then workout on legs too much..
