Anyway, gannicholas, try them out with an empty bar. Take a video and compare your form with the form shown in instructional videos, or post the video here. Google some drills/stretches for improving flexibilty for deadlifts.

I'm currently having a minor scoliosis problem and my backbone (sideways), the upper back is curved while the lower back is straight. Isit recommended to do heavy exercises such as deadlifts and squats? I bought a belt recently too, i'm using it for shoulder presses, etc to support my lower back. And, are there any ways to improve in the gym? Any certain exercises? Thanks!

Let's just say i worked on my Chest, Shoulders and Triceps on Monday
Biceps, Abs and Back on Tuesday
Today's wednesday, and i'm planning to work on my Chest, Shoulders and Triceps once again
But the thing is, those muscle group had 48 hours of rest but they're still aching
Chest ache if if my hands are straight, i move my left hand to my right thighs. right hand to my left thighs if you know what i mean
Triceps ache if my hands are straight
Shoulder seems fine i guess hmm.gif
Should i work those muscle group out or should i rest and prob work out on legs or do some light cardio?

Chest (+ 1 set triceps)
Back (+ 1 set forearms/biceps)
Legs (Quads + Hams)
Shoulders (+ calves)

Plus One (this is a special day in which I keep as a "spare" to work on what I wanna focus on. For example, I may do back twice a week if I feel some areas are lagging, or chest. Sometimes I do high freq low weight work, sometimes just BW workouts and sometimes if I'm tired just a little core work + cardio). Help keeps it interesting and spices it up a little.

Rest day (cardio at home, or swimming).

All in all usually 1 hour max at the gym, but never less than 45 mins.

If its only 2x a week make sure there's adequate rest period in between.

There shouldn't be any reason why you are only resting 24-48 hours between heavy chest/tri work......

Space it out more, but hit the weight room harder.

I feel like working out my Chest, Shoulders and Triceps because i missed one Chest, Shoulders and Triceps workout last week, thats why sweat.gif
I will never leave my legs, that why i dont worry about legs much sweat.gif

Started working out at Sunway Pyramid CF, not used to it though sweat.gif
Everything is in pounds. I'm too used to KGs @ WWM CF already
And the jam to Sunway is horrible, eventhough i'm staying like 800m away only. Especially during puasa @_@

Anyways i'm currently working 3 muscle groups per day, but i recently enter college and i was thinking of cutting it to two muscle group per day

Back & Biceps
Chest & Triceps
Shoulder & Abs
Deadlift, Squats and Legs

What do you guys think?
I spent average errrr, 45 minutes on one group muscle?

Hmm, you're right actually. Regarding on deadlifts, it focus on your lower back right? I was thinking of targetting lower back since i have lower back problems, what do you think?
