i heard that leangains is a good method, but i don't think i can swallow lots of food in a short time
Oh yeah thinking of switching to WS4B or 5/3/1. Any good advice? I find 5/3/1 is painfully slow to do. Any good Strength + Bodybuilding that requires 4 days split routine that you can suggest?
from the way you write, its like "i wanna use the best way/method out there, but i dont want to comply to the method 100% because im lazy"
if you wanna do a diet method or a workout programme, THEN DO IT. whats the problem here? what, you cant swallow your daily caloric maintenance in 8 hours? leangains does not specify how many meals you need to take per day, just the time window.
You want strength? do 3-6 reps.
You want hypertrophy? do 6-10 reps.
workout programmes are merely guidelines, you dont have to follow a specific one just to grow. Heck, most of us are on our own splits and we're doing just fine. So long as you're adding weight to your lifts i dont see how you cant progress, regardless of programme.
how often do you change the supplementary works? thinking of changing it every 6 weeks
If you really want the crush gripper, I suggest you to buy the adjustable one where you can select the force from 5kg to XX kg depending on the gripper. Where can you get it? I don't know. You have to search for it.
thank you for advice. I will find the best routine that I can make it. For diet food, I'm still can't control my eating desire.. always not balance but try to improve from time to time.

hey guys can it still be used and safe to consume? or this is the symptom of spoiled powder? doesn't give any funny smell though but it appear change from white to brown sugar like. i haven't used it for awhile like a month but then i travel with it always just in case i wanna hit the gym during semester break.
didn't dare to try it man scared it will crap my pants in the exam hall tomorrow.

currently dipping with a leather weightlifting belt where i attach carabiner and chains tapi nampak gaya belt to macam nak jahanam je if more than 35lbs. and 35 is not challenging.
used to dip with dumbbell between legs, but tbh my leg will fail first because the dumbbell is slippery n shits
