guys, my camera dont seem to be working, keeps taking 1/2 a photo or sometimes totally blank, although i focused on something.

i flashed from miui, to hydrogenics, then back to miui (this is when i realized the camera sucked) then back to hydrogenics (camera still f***ed)

all the while i was wiping data/partition/system and dalvik...i never once flashed something without wiping all this...

anyone can help???

Nothing. Been flashing kernel for month without wiping anything. Cos my method is to direct flash zimage/tar file with cwm manager.

i also dun wipe anything while flashing kernel.. i just flash the zip in cwm recovery..

D4ROM Kang still got some bugs. i had to flash again and again today coz some apps in D4rom crash n soft brick my phone..

some options in D4 ROM OTA still got bugs in it. so be carefull.

i performed a nandroid back up for my CM9 and i tried to restore it but it says MD5 unmatched error..hmmm...

btw, anyone know how to set the screen to rotate when it is in the home screen or application screen cuz the stock rotate setting does not have any effects on those two. besides, how to prevent the screen to off when streaming a video in dolphin cause i only know changing the sleep time in setting but it is very troublesome keep changing before and after streaming. in gb, the screen will still on even it passes the sleep time as long as the video is moving/streaming. thanks.

Home screen rotation is related to your launcher, you can configure it at your launcher setting provided it supports it, same goes to application. Some applications only available in portrait mode.

About the screen auto off, I found most apps remove the permission of "Prevent Screen Off" hence the screen will now off according to your setting. Don't know whether it is app specific or ICS.
