I choose based on,

1. connection features, RCA? AUX? Optical?USB? etc etc
2. Pre-out voltage: 0.2V/2.2V/4V/16V?
3. Internal built-in features: 3-way network/BT built in?

there's no 14db/oct in 80....it's either 6/12/18

eq is default..i never touch....i told u i did basic xover for u only....

Which speaker should I choose ?

Depending on you,

Looking at the spec sheet,

DLS R6A tweeter is silk dome, which means it sound softer and warmer. Base on web, An aluminium dome tweeter is more recommended for car usage, due to there is alot of road noise. The win side on the DLS is it has deeper frequency cover, the Mid Sub covered until 50hz Freq

Focal PS 165 has an aluminium dome, but the down side is frequency cover until 60hz

To make everything sound better, grab a sub

A silk dome is more suitable for home usage, i personally tried silk dome tweeter and love it. It sound warm and not so harsh for your ear
Aluminium dome is very common, it sound loud and clear

I already got the Kicker Subwoofer installed at my car.
So, since I already got the Kicker Subwoofer, which speaker (DLS Reference R6A or Focal ps 165) should I choose to match with it ?

Howie the amp u set both to Full pass without anyone HPF or LPF for the amp right?
