Added on May 17, 2012, 10:16 pmUpdate: I just called 100, and the CSR still ask me to refer to the installer. And if the installer did not give any respond about this, i can request for another installer. Its true that the installer just configured my port to 2Mbps only. I already verify this matter with the CSR & system. Have to wait for tomorrow to call the installer again. If not, will call 100 (product) and request to change to another installer.

I will call 100 and discuss for the best solution. Hope to get my 4Mbps back. And for the installer and his company will be blacklist by TM, i will make sure that. vmad.gif

hye there.. i stay at desa alam, seksyen U12 Shah Alam..can u confirm my location got unifi coverage or not? coz my housemate already apply to 4 different agent, but until now no feedback.. about 2 month already.. want to upgrade from streamyx 1mb to unifi vip5.. pm me.. tQ =)

You can upgrade to UniFi at no extra cost.
For eg, there's 6 months left for streamyx contract.

Finally after call 100 for twice, they send technician to relocate my port and upgrade my port to 5Mbps.. Nice speed. thumbup.gif

yeah.. i told them twice about the irresponsible technician.. hope that he n his company will be blacklist by TM. So that no others will face the same problem with me.
