however, the auto termination is depends on the contractor who install unifi for you. So when the contractor go to install, kindly remind them to terminate for you. If they say you'll need to terminate yourself, then u'll need to walk in TM point to do the termination. All depend on ur luck

RM75 deposit + RM140 1st month + RM 140 one month in advance + RM 10 stamp duty.

Nope, it will be using a different login id. You can choose your preferred Id. If your current id is still available, then u can get the same id

Hi, its depend on what package are u currently subscribed to. If upgraded from the same package, then you'll not be getting one.

The contact person is for technician to contact you before they go your house.

Hi, can i remain my old phone number if i upgrade from streamyx to unifi? Or must get a new number for it?

You can remain your old number for free. (but call rate will be applied)
On top of that, you'll get a new number from unifi. (free call between TM fixed line)
So, you'll have 2 numbers in total for free
