Yes, TM contractor will need to go your house to setup because TM will provides you new equipments.
No installation fee is needed as standard installation is free of charge for up to 15m which is quite sufficient.

I have used streamyx 1mpbs for few years (contract ends long time ago).
I realize most of the offer (from other seller too) only valid for new application only (not for upgrade).
Can I terminate my current streamyx line and apply unifi VIP 5 to enjoy the offer?
How if I straight away upgrade to VIP 5? will I get any offer or free 1 month subscription fees as stated in unifi website.

Relocation fee is waived since last month.
Standard promotion from TM is free installation, equpments and activation.
And from my end is the raya promotion raya angpao RM 163.90 if you are a new registration.

I just got my Unifi installed today and it only take 2 processing day after submitting my document. Jovenne will call for confirmation in around 10min after get your submission. At first i just thought it is troublesome to upgrade my Streamyx to Unifi and i totally wrong.
