The promo image kinda confusing... 8Mbps + 1 Pack (at RM30 ??) = RM160/month

I upgraded from streamyx to Unifi last week. TS has been prompt in her replies and offers clear explanation on service. Definitely recommended.
On another note about Installation of fiber optics, I got charged RM130 for some hole-drilling and cabling. No direct pathway for the cables to go through apparently...sigh

I'm looking to upgrade to 1mbps. I called 100, then I get 2 separate calls from someone (I assume this is agent) offering RM100 for 1mps package with free modem and phone.

hi, my area currently dont have unifi, and i applied 4mbps and rejected, the technician said my area port are full, its been few months, i need internet to do my works and currently i using celcom BB and everymonth the quota not enuff to used as i used alot on working. Can you help me on this matters?

Compare last time i need wait 7 working days and delay here and there.end up more than 14 days i need to wait.
