Dear, for streamyx upgrade to unifi, you need to prepare streamyx applicant's Copy of IC to proceed upgrade order
After you got the IC of the applicant, please fill in my e-form to proceed order

In that case, you might need to do termination of streamyx by your own already because if using your name to register, there's no linking between the streamyx and unifi Also, if your streamyx is still under contract, you cannot do it this way, you must use your dad's name, because early termination penalty applies.

If you choose to use your name, then you can wait until Unifi installation done only go to TM point to terminate the streamyx line.

So, its all up to you to decide

You can choose to maintain your phone number but at the same time you'll get 1 new unifi VOIP phone number and it is free. So your house will have 2 numbers.

No matter your contract has over, as long as it is an upgrade, you can terminate the streamyx for free without any penalty and I can help you to terminate the streamyx

2. No, only UNIFI phone line can call out for free with TM fixed line Existing phone line will charge as pay per use.

I can help you to terminate the streamyx provided it is an upgrade application (Using your aunty's name to apply the upgrade).
