Wonder how did they justify by increasing by RM200k?? Could it be miscalculation on the earlier units?

This will be better then 8 kinnara that going to launch soon with at least RM600 psf without so much freebies. Pm me to discuss if interested for 1300sq unit. Have one unit to let go.

If you compare with 8 kinarra that going to launch soon, This is still cheaper now. Of cause this is only happen by now.

1,145 sf RM680,000. Someone just spammed me about it.

Received an email from them for final release units. 1145sq.ft start from 680K and 1591sq ft from 850K. Semi furnish with air con,kitchen cabinet and wardrobe

Still entitle for 5% discount from these developer release units?

This price had been quite some time dy, where they increased the price by RM 200k but discount RM 100k and rebates another 5%.

Not sure whether the RM 100k and 5% rebates still entitle now, but as of end of May 2013, it is still available.
