17" or 15" also there is not much difference.. A properly inflated 17" is even easier to roll than 15".. Dont believe me go to a tire shop and roll a 15" tire with chrome rim and 17" tire with lightweight rims.. Then only u will know the difference in rolling resistance.
Or u can try when both the rims are on a tire balancer, u try to spin it.. See which one needs more effort. Thats the principle of inertia..
