BUt the one I am facing is mostly videos that will not load, and that the STB hangs when exiting YouTube, unresponsive and the only way is to power off & on the unit again. |

Guys.. My Unifi fiber cable they straight away pull from the box into my modem.. They didn't help to fix any Fiber wall socket.. What should i do ?

Service restore in ard 4 smth, dunno what happen just all channel gone black only with 1 sat icon with red cross sign. |

They already put notice in the middle of upgrading the service, but never thought it took that long. It happen occasionally, sometime drive me nuts. For example, in the middle of a program (BBC Lifestyle) suddenly it rewind back 5 - 10 minutes earlier like a glitch. |
