phase 1 buyers made modest profit if exited before 2018 / 2019, rm20k compensation by MRT corp for land acquisition around then was a sweet farewell parting gift

Wow didnt know about this. Do you think completion of MRT will help with the valuation in the area? I am not native to KL so im nt sure how much public transport connectivity is being valued in the area

This apartment has very little upside in value appreciation.
