I'm sure M101 won't block sky residence's view of the twin towers, it's located on the left side. The construction in front is the MRT station.

Went to visit a friend who recently moved here. Holy value Batman. RM 3,500 rent for a 1700 sqft unit with private lift and absolutely luxurious finishing. I like this model where you get subsidised to live in a resort setting. The maintenance fees are over 50c so yea donβt know much about landlord breaking even. just went to visit my sibling staying there last week. the place has the view to die for with close proximity to main KL city area. facilities looked well maintained with decent security
the MRT station building is progressing well, there is an exit directly outside the main guardhouse entrance. they are even building the road pedestrian pavement along both sides of the road with shelter in front of the condo (paid for by government). weird thing is, i am seeing the units there going as low as RM770+ psf. am i missing something here? |
