location along jln Tun Razak, KL. total 4 tower, 1st tower fully sold out, 2nd tower limited, 3rd tower now open for sale, and soft launching is the tower 4, named Divina...just now I call their SA, the 3rd tower Celeste Tower, for smallest unit, 990 sq ft, 19th floor, asking RM1024/sq ft....

omg, now i only know malaysia actually have many rich dudes

according to the sp setia report, 4 units of sky residences have been sold worth a total of 6 million in January 2012 alone.

i guess many singaporean and taiwanese...

then, i only can look see look see and aim for low entry investment.

the more expensive of the condo the more difficult to sale this condo unless the location is extremely cantikkkkk...

about 80% of the buyers are Malaysian.

agree for new and over speculated unit, but nowaday, subsale for condo around KLCC still can easily get from 600 to 800 psf. I rather buy those. Seems like over supply around KLCC redi.

I think they are selling block by block, starting from A, B, C and now D (Alia, Boheme, Celeste and now Divina), and with each block the price increased further. Same marketing as SW, and i think it's clever of SPS to do so (for the company's profit, not the buyers).

got 1 unit to sell but so long also can not sell out, the demand a bit slow now

i've bought a unit in Celeste a few years back, the prices have not moved much since if at all, what's worse i saw in propertyguru asking of as low as 700psf for A&B, maybe units for A&B were sold at much lower rate than the price i paid for Celeste which is higher than 800psf. Setia Sky Residence has been a huge let down thus far, no MRT, no convenience, no features to sell. fingers crossed Celeste CCC will be delayed, works in my favour for penalty + buy time to let market correct then pick up again
