Sibeh So high price for this 1.

What is wrong with Seringin? Last i heard its last 2 penthouses dunno 5-6 million each sold off liao. Those rich uncles think ok then why u said got problem?

very convenient locations can get almost everything within the square

Traffic if u are familiar with the square and u know exactly where u wanted to go... not too bad till stuck in the square for hours

of course it might attract more crowd when the mall completed with more ppl moving in.. i see they are improving the infrastructures n so...

Jam jam jam. Bad location. Uptown area is horrendous. Imagine stucked around the square after office, can see your condo but cant get home!

Lol shc scared u no money buy only. Cash cow developer with unknown tnw.

U see their bu9 condo build then sell till today only around 50% to 60% sold yet they are not as aggressive as some developer lile ecoworld promoting their projects.

Their concept - u want u buy, u don't want then gtfo

shc have holding power... their project mostly more to luxury project.... its for the upper end living style... thus the name of uptown... hahaha... i used to audit their accounts.... they are indeed cash cow.... bcuz of their property holdings... not property developments activities....

from the pics, i would say the bathroom is erm..... bold?
wonder why the architect did not specify matching grout colours though.
timber flooring in lift lobbies? errmm..... no thanks.

rental in this condo is extremely low..yields are only around 2.5% for a fully furnished condo..
