900 psf here? mall might not do well with many small malls coming up nearby like atria..

i strongly bliv axiada wont relocate here.. they are moving to an iconic tower in PJ sentral by MRCB.

Small units here asking for RM1.3kpsf wor..like d location but the facade very mid end.. wldnt even pay RM1kpsf for it..

wouldnt this be the main commercial hub of pj/damansara? to me this is the best location/ most walkable apartment in selangor but pricing fr subsales is too high fr d design..rm1kpsf is more reasonable fr d studios

rental in this condo is extremely low..yields are only around 2.5% for a fully furnished condo..

hows the occupancy for this condo. las time in uptown area arnd 3 months back look like only a few lights on. everytime from nkve/sprint looks like slightly btr only.
