I really don't see how this location is considered top notch.

Consider this, five stone a so much better quality development are transacting at around 700psf and that is almost half the price of this boring and ridiculously priced uptown residence.

But thanks to potpourri and uptown residence, they made other nearby better quality developments look like a bargain.

depends on time....but good thing is that plenty of makan place to eat 1st then go home....least won't get stressed out in traffic....

some may say...everywhere in KV also jam mah...true....but some place is severely KO traffic at peak.....this is one of it.....hahah...u pray hard when u travel in/out no heavy rain.....once heavy rain, LDP will be like parking lot....hahahah

can 5 stones residents walk to 5 or so reputable banks?
or walkable to a big mall?
or plenty of established eateries?

but i do agree the pricing is top notch.

pj doesn't seems to have a centric center or cbd or golden triangle.

wouldnt this be the main commercial hub of pj/damansara? to me this is the best location/ most walkable apartment in selangor but pricing fr subsales is too high fr d design..rm1kpsf is more reasonable fr d studios

PJ demographic changes every few yrs gua. Stimes ss2 ONG but next kd ONG. Then uptown ONG later duno where n where ONG.

Ss2 still sibeh ong duno why. Night time traffic in ss2 as bad as day time. KD also ong. Uptown also ong. Got 5 banks or more in that shop lot area sure ong.

See hoy chan got 1 land in ss2. Sandwiched between sun hin long and nandos. Duno what is his plan. Used to be an open air carpark but now no more.

Not too sure thou, I don't recall SHC having any land in SS2. Usually it's either around Damansara Kim area or paramount.
Unless maybe See Hoy Chan Holdings in BU which is named as First Nationwide which is not the same as SHC who developed Uptown.
