QUOTE(zoomone @ Mar 31 2015, 11:16 PM) that is for sure 😅 as mentioned by @moaxjlou, we do need to pay a few things before we can collect the keys... thanks @moaxjlou for the info i believe the maint fee is stated in the letter, maybe @aLthaLus can tell us how much is the maint fee from the developer office (again haha) maintenace fee is RM 0.32/sq ft. sinking fund RM 0.03/sq ft. QUOTE(zoomone @ Mar 31 2015, 11:17 PM) on top of that, we need to prepare for TNB deposit as well... if it is 3 phases, that will be another 1k ++ so the TNB deposit paid to developer as well, as the prerequisite before getting the keys (i.e 4 months of whatever I mentioned + quit rent + fire insurance + TNB deposit)? and how do you come up with the 1K, is it based on unit size or something?

Will we be able to report abou the defect even after we accepted the key? I read somewhere in the snp, I believe we got some period, a quite reasonable period for us to report for defect and ask for it to be fixed.

Called them yesterday, apparently, I'm in the third batch which probably be on later of this month or early May. They said the inspection can only do 5-6 units everyday. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by wan_d7: Apr 2 2015, 02:31 PM

Was there yesterday. From the look of it, Block B will take some time to complete 5-6 units a day inspection is kinda restrictive. To clear Block A would take roughly 1-2 months i think. Btw, the elevator area looks good.

QUOTE(Helius @ Mar 8 2015, 12:48 AM) For all Pantai Dalam properties, no matter is freehold or leasehold it will still need to get consent from DBKL if one sells their BUMI or non-BUMI properties... BUMI units can only sell to BUMI, and non-BUMI could sell to eithers.. I think non-BUMI units are having higher appreciation value as it is really limited due to quota... Oh really? Applicable only dbkl, right? Coz i ve sold bumi unit (apt) to non bumi under mpsj, quite ok la. I mean got whole process of consent etc but was not problematic. Sounds tricky with dbkl then.

I mean didn't get stuck la. It's not that i sold often to notice it was slow or fast. Hehe. But in the end, yeah, my unit was sold to non bumi. Property in puchong; under mpsj.
