i'm tired of being fat and not properly being able to fit into my clothes
so going to start posting my workout routine, maybe it will give me more motivation to work out? i always do like 1-2 weeks lose some few kgs then back to "normal" again.
The "new" normal >.<
anyway, appreciate your comments if any on how to make my workout better
also, i kinda need weight loss buddies to encourage me...~ ~ ~ >.<
current weight: around 63.6kg (i just weighed myself right before writing this post)
target: 52 kg [my weight January 2011 was 50kg]
my target date to reach target weight is april 31 because i want to go take diving licence in may
gonna try to work out and eat properly every day...
tonight will start back my P90X even though it's tuesday >.< if not, if i wait till monday, then will just keep procrastinating
... will start workout after dinner food digest.
