lol you sound like me! always wanting to start on monday. smile.gif

just start! and aim for 1-2 kg weight loss a month. more veges and lean protein. write an exercise schedule and follow it, don't just exercise whenever you feel like it.

Focus on exercise and nutrition (read up on what you should eat when you should eat etc). Your weight will take care of itself.
