Congrats on you Journal, keep it going...

You couple things you need to get it right, for fat loss.

There is no way you could loose fat in a short term. you have lost more than 1kg in a week, its likely your water level and not your fat hence after a week or two you are back to square one.

SO be patience and practice it as a lifestyle change.

As for diet, throw away sugary stuff like Syrup Limau; Loh Han Guo and fried stuff.

Read from the pinned thread here and google, how to calculate your daily calorie intake and hence how much you must exercise (calorie burn) and what should be your intake like.

That should start you going.
