hi everybody smile.gif

i'm tired of being fat and not properly being able to fit into my clothes
so going to start posting my workout routine, maybe it will give me more motivation to work out? i always do like 1-2 weeks lose some few kgs then back to "normal" again.
The "new" normal >.<

anyway, appreciate your comments if any on how to make my workout better smile.gif and help me lose weight faster

also, i kinda need weight loss buddies to encourage me...~ ~ ~ >.<

current weight: around 63.6kg (i just weighed myself right before writing this post)
target: 52 kg [my weight January 2011 was 50kg]

my target date to reach target weight is april 31 because i want to go take diving licence in may biggrin.gif

gonna try to work out and eat properly every day...

tonight will start back my P90X even though it's tuesday >.< if not, if i wait till monday, then will just keep procrastinating sad.gif

... will start workout after dinner food digest.

Dinner: Salmon & Cha Soba & Avocado Milk
Liquids: Water & Loh Han Guo
Supplements: Cod Liver Oil 0.6ml
Additional Snacks: 1 Apple

Excercise:
1. P90X - Cardio X

Weight: 63.6 KG

before i forget, weight when i woke up this morning = 63.1 kg

dunno smile.gif maybe can tongue.gif trying! my water level should be pretty okay, i think, i drink a lot more than 2L liquids a day (part of my new weight loss plan) but not so much that i get water intoxication.

lunch yday was like tier 5 on Michi's Ladder but but but >.< was craving sotong goreng for super long, and syrup limau is the best thing in the world to go with Malay chap fan >.<

mind is willing but the flesh is weak.... ?

read up alot about calories, health, weight loss, etc, in the past week or so smile.gif

Breakfast: Bread & Egg & 1 cup milk
Lunch: Fried Rice
Dinner: Spaghetti
Liquids: Water & Ginger Tea
Supplements: Cod Liver Oil 0.6ml + Vitamin C + B complex
Additional Snacks: 1 Apple & Granola with Milk

Excercise:
1. Line dancing 1 hr
2. Runinng - 1 km in 7min 25 secs
3. P90X - Shoulders & Back - about 1 hr

Weight: 63.3 KG

Dinner: 5 chicken satay and 1/3 burger special
Liquids: 2 yakult, loh hon guo, ginger tea
supplements: cod liver oil 0.6ml + c + b complex
snacks: 1 green apple & jacobs wheatameal crackers small pack

Excercise:
1. Futsal - 1 hr

Weight: 63.2 KG

yup sad.gif gave up... work stress + life stress = chocolate and drama. was just thinking today that maybe i need to start to try to get in shape again...

P90X already has a schedule... Every day for 90 days starting on a Monday. Going to Bali in August, think I can lose 10kgs by then?

but isn't that what p90x is about? mixing it up? not keeping to a routine?

zoraya: haha tongue.gif but the point for me was kinda to focus on the number on the scale so that i can fit back into all my old clothes >.< putting on around 10kg in the span of a few months kinda killed my closet tongue.gif

i still play team sports and do yoga pretty regularly and still have more muscles that most (all?) girls i know sad.gif just that doing p90x on top of that seems to be killer.

enough with my excuses.
