Looks like we have more than 70% occupancy rate in Serin now. After JMB took over security and cleanliness has improved a lot ! Now i do see many korean family around as well.

Will be even more Koreans in cyberjaya upon completion of Korean International School that is opp Qcell at SSP2.

when the school is ready, perhaps cbj may be a favoured place of residence for koreans who'd like to escape the bustle of ampang and mont kiara? i mean im sure theyve had enough of city life in seoul
those working in KL can easily use MEX
still hoping for MRT to officially reach cbj

The smaller unit easier to sell and rent out...

The bigger size unit already seen quite a few Kena lelong...

Still not cheap thou at 680-720k...

Interested in this property for own stay (considering), market price ranges from 450k-500k. Any owners can verify this?

How is the environment for own stay and to those who work in KL, how is the traffic going to MEX?

My office not very near to either LRT or monorail, maybe about 15-20 minutes walking distant

I think same with future MRT

Maintenance fee+ sinking fund smallest unit already close to rm360+-

A bit bigger size is around rm409 per month...

Best method is walk in as visitor n checkout their mailbox

The size of the unit x RM0.33psf + 10% sinking fund = Maintenance fees
