It was only VP this April. The occupancy rate is definitely more than 30% and I think it's in the low 40 range. Better than what I expected as it has only been less than 5 months.
Serin 965sqft selling 465k is consider pricey? It is actually among the cheapest newly completed development in Cyberjaya. Eclipse is selling for 400k (high floors) but the size is only 450 sqft and need to wait 3 more years. |

But that applies for human being of ANY COLOUR. However, I do understand where you coming from. Once the JMB is formed I believe they will have more control over this issue as some of the owners do share your concern. |
