I'd rather have well behaving PH and ME than the narrow minded local bigots staying in the same premise.

Btw, I think you all really underestimate how some of the local girls are very willing to approach the ME or PH.

What the PH actually are, is irrelevant to this whole discussion.

The centre of this discussion is what people perceive PH as. These people's perception might be founded, or might be unfounded, it's all irrelevant.

It's the perception which is important and it affects people's willingness to be in the same lift with PH, and people's willingness to be in the same condo with them, people's willingness to stay in this condo, and invest in this condo and so on ..... This willingness which is relevant to the impact on Serin Residence.

So we have to take statistics. Are you willing to let yourself, your son and daughter or your wife and husband, be left alone in the same lift with PH, whole bunch of PHs ? Be left alone in the house with so many PH in the surrounding ? Are you fearful that they might rob someone ? They might make hell a lot of noise ? They might drink a lot and throw the drinking bottles everywhere ?

We don't have to talk about a few exceptions. It's also not relevant.

Just ask yourself and majority of the people.

Generalization might be ignorant and stupid but it's relevant. It can have direct impact on the property.

Yes. Typical Malaysian mindset. Based and judge everything from their perceptions. People still prejudiced against certain races because of their skin colours. Sad but true.

As I said, those who feel fearful seeing PH or ME can stay away from this place or Cyber once and for all as majority of residence in Cyberjaya will have them staying in it anyway.

I don't feel fearful at all being in the same lift with them. People of ANY colour can rob you, not just PH.

I have no problem with them if they follow the house rules but if they are misbehaving then a lot of the owners (me included) will chase them out for sure. But that applies for human being of ANY COLOUR.

However, I do understand where you coming from. Once the JMB is formed I believe they will have more control over this issue as some of the owners do share your concern.

Nowadays Kepong also lot of foreigners...
