same here...

Done updating my A65 V1.05...
the response is quite a big diffrence!
focusing: as good as always...must do some serious condition shooting in order to see the diffrence...
Actual shutdown time significantly decreased

Updated my A77

- Shutdown time lessen.
- Focusing.. Don't really feel anything yet.
- Response.. Slightly better. You rotate the dials, lesser delay.

Hey guys. Have a question. Just got my trigger this afternoon, when I press the trigger, the light on the receiver flashes, but my flash won't blast. how come?

what is your flash mode set to? WL or normal? check the connectors as well, any oxidation? non-contact?

got fixed the A77 '?' button or not?
in A65 the helpful hint is useful..

actually the '?' button doesn't hinder the functionality of the A77 as a camera. so i'm not that bothered by it. it's good to be able to customize its function, but not being able to do so isn't an issue either.

it's not a big issue.. if can customize is better..
rather than doing nothing put it there..

Hi all alphian,

Not sure this is the right thread for me to ask this.

I planning to get A65 soon, but I was told if I get Sony center card, I can get 10% off.

But I went to Sony center this evening, and was told that body won't get 10% off, only the lens.


Can anyone advise on this?

try buy from normal shop.. the price might cheaper..

buy it at street shop, you get good price. ie: a77qv in sony rrp 6299 but can get at ~54xx in street shop

But for A65, it does not make a different if 10% is applied.

Sony price : Rm3299 - 10% == Rm2969.10
Street price : Rm2850 + 2% == Rm2907

Just Rm62 different..

But I not too sure about it, so want to ask all sifu here.

It's on normal. I found the problem. Idk why but I need to connect the flash to the body first, then remove it only the trigger can work. Is it normal ah? Cannot plug on and just use meh?

Maybe coz i resize to smaller, the motion blur went unotiecable (you can see esp at bottom right frame on every pics/tree got blurred).
