my car not fit for travel.. else, i'd drive...
and I have to go Taman Pertama after fishing anyway..
so might as well park my car at your place then we go..

ahem, as usual, no fish by me..
but no matter... was there just to check out the place and to practise my topwater popping and dogging...
rorytate was surprised how I got my mazzy frog 40 snagged at Tasik Prima... so he borrowed one and started casting towards the bushes, and after a few casts,
Voila!! Told you so... luckily the water was shallow so he was able to retrieve it almost effortlessly, therefore, no casualty this time for my arsenal...

deep diving lures are highly not recommended as there's lots of gunny sacks with sand at the bottom... if you're lucky, you'd be able to retrieve your lure with a torn sack and if you're not, like our friend Pacu, his got snagged about 8 feet in front of him, and whatever rescue we did, it just won't budge, and was rather deep, therefore he had to bid farewell to his lure.. but look on the brightside, now he gets to replace the lure and perhaps get a few new ones...

Just a few words of advise for future visitors there, better go in a ride which is not lowered or a 4x4 or you might not get pass a few of the hundred holes there, which some can be quite deep (up to 1 feet+ on a small, cute, come-wash-your-feet-in-me puddle)... luckily for us, rorytate is a very experienced driver and we glided thru the path without having a sore bottom or bruised head...

also, do not wear RM15 slippers as it will not stand up to the terrain there nor does it put up to the wear and tear test.. lots of hardened mud which first sticks you to it, and then let's you slip all the way.. few of us had the experience of almost slipping and falling into the water!! Lots of thorned pathway with Pokok Semalu and now my leg looks like I tried to kick a group of wild cats... but then again, no pain, no gain..

it was a nice trip, but unfortunately, the quorum wasn't met as one of the members never did turn up, so breakfast and lunch on him the next time we have a trip.. you know who you are...

looking forward for the next trip and hope its soon... hands oledi itchy from the BB trip... hehehe
